Know about us

Our dear members,

The chefs are currently busy with a little bit of research. They are working on a new project which we shall soon let you all know. Hence I take this opportunity to let you all know who are we actually. A deep perception of our lives till now.
The first of the FAQ is How you guys met and got along so well. Yeah true we three are batch mates from our specialization school IHMCT&AN GOA. Amey and Me were good  friends since the  second half of the college and had a different bunch of friends. However Nilesh was reintroduced to us three years later from the college. He stepped in our life as Amey's colleague and my acquaintance. The later part is mesmerism and I hardly remember when we got tightly bonded like electrons in an octet that now we don't have a valency to accept or reject anyone.

This is about every one of us as an individual:

Asmita Anand Kabre  
 The firecracker of the TRIO. I am also the creative wing of the same. The planner and the organizer of the group. Professionally a Restaurant Manager with a stand alone restaurant chain. I am  simultaneously training myself into the field of creative writing and photography. All the blog and social networking material that is read by all of us is being scrutinized, refined and posted by me. 
I am fond of watching movies, Travelling, reading books, painting and sketching.







Nilesh Sadanand Patade

The   man with  supernatural powers  as he calls himself.  Nilesh is the  one who is known as the people's leader, a person who is polite and really humble. He will hardly fight with anyone. Is a pacifier in major situations.  Technically a Chef but is more ruled by his instincts than standards and procedure. Has profound knowledge of Oriental cuisine and  has worked hands on  with it  for a considerable time. He and Amey as a team have worked on and tasted success with Mexican, Contemporary European food. But oriental still stays his personal favorite by choice.

The most thoughtful out of the lot . Has a disciplined approach only towards food and his profession. Believes strongly is standard, procedure  related to recipe and food processes. Otherwise he is the laziest and has the attitude of living everyday as it rises and forgetting it as it sets. He  has a firm hands on experience and in depth knowledge of the Italian Cuisine.
He was a poet and has done good deal of work in the field. He possesses a Royal Enfield Thunderbird and is over obsessed with it. Apart from that he is an avid reader. He is also fond of  doing a lot of research about his craft.







Above all, three of us believe that one gets a chance to learn something new everyday. Its an ongoing and never extinguishing process. At the same time learning doesn't mean only professionally, it relates to a number of things beyond it. There are several things in life which can be only experienced. Several images which cannot be recorded on a cam. There is a child in everyone of us. Pamper that child, nurture it because that's the most precious gift to everyone of us. So long as you feel it within you, you are alive. The day you don't find it .....you are a machine.
